Outlook Message - program trying to access email addresses

I'm running Outlook 2002 and I keep getting a message when I click "New" email.  It states:
"A program is trying to access e-mail addresses you have stored in Outlook.  Do you want to allow this?  If this is unexpected, it may be a virus and you should choose "No.".

I've answered both "Yes" and "No" and doesn't seem to make a difference (both allow me to continue and send the email without problem).

It's been giving this message for a long time and doesn't seem to matter but it's inconvenient.  It also seems to create a delay of about 5-7 seconds between when I click "New" and when I get this message from Outlook (that's speculative).

I'm running Windows XP with all updates installed.  I've got Microsoft Security Essentials running and I've done complete scans for viruses and find nothing.  I've also got Ad-Aware running.

Any suggestions?

Thanks,
Darin
