Interesting situation- For some workstations on a domain, it's taking extremely long to load certain common websites such as UPS.COM,, etc. Eventually they load.

These websites are typically accessed many times per day every day for the past year. There were some network changes on the domain when a backup domain controller was removed, so a second DNS server was removed as a result but I do not think that is related.

I am wondering how to test if the website itself is slow or if its tied to just these workstations or is it possible that my router (Linksys RV042 router) is somehow blocking access to these websites on first try?

Again, Windows 2003 domain, Workstations with Win XP, Network Router is RV042 connected to Cisco switches.
