Excel 2010 row height problem

Some of my users spreadsheet row heights are randomly resetting to 409.5 - I see that this is a known bug but have not been able to find a resolution yet - anyone help?

no - these are existing shared spreadsheets and this only occurs on one users PC - and not in all cases - its a bit random

OK - will try in safe mode and let you know

opened sheet in safe mode and it displayed fine - reopened normal way and still seems fine - any idea why starting in safe mode sorts this?

Running Excel in safe mode is not an acceptable solution.  Any ideas on how to prevent the issue from occurring?
