CentOs6 is the OS on both systems in play. 
 
There is a server setup with vsftpd. &nbsp;I can access the vsftpd server from an sftp client fine. &nbsp;When I use lftp, it seems to connect to the vsftpd server, however after every command I get the message &quot;Delaying before reconnect:&quot; 
 
 
Here is what my vsftpd.conf on the server has- 
 
[root@fajita vsftpd]# grep -v ^# /etc/vsftpd/vsftpd.conf 
anonymous_enable=YES 
local_enable=YES 
write_enable=YES 
local_umask=022 
dirmessage_enable=YES 
xferlog_enable=YES 
connect_from_port_20=NO 
xferlog_std_format=YES 
listen=YES 
pam_service_name=vsftpd 
userlist_enable=YES 
tcp_wrappers=YES 
 
 
I've also tried with selinux and iptables disabled. 
 
Any ideas?
