My friend work as a software developer in India, he has 5 years of development experience. He is now into initial stage of a project where he need to encrypt web.config file using DPAPI.This work is for a client located in USA.<br />

Its just a one month project.Client(American client) need to give security permission to the server to do this task.<br />

Its a week now after the project is initiated,they ask for daily status update meeting, He regularly comes for conference call to attend the daily meeting on time. But the client procrastinate the tasks to do for the day on the meeting. Client has only to give the server details and permission to get into it. But they are procrastinating the daily work.This causes lot of idle time to my friend in his company where they are paying salary to him.<br />

What actually might be causing the issue? How to solve?
