Cannot Save

My user cannot save documents to a network folder, they are on Windows 7 and are using Office 2010 over a Window Server 2003.

Sounds like NTFS and share permission issue. Check those permissions for the folder in question.

So you have client with office 2010 on win7 trying to save a document on a Windows 2003 server network share, correct?



And what kind of error message you get, is it "Access Denied"?


I moved  all shared folders from one server to another, so the issue is solve
