Application Error Event ID 1000

We have new electronic health records software that randomly crashes for our users. It dosent seem very stable. I have installed all required software that was listed by the software manufacturer. We get an error message like the one below a few times throughout the day. Can someone please help make sense out of this? Thanks.

call your vendor (Allscripts? Healthpoint? MySysHealthcare?)

Stay on them like log files on a buggy system until they fix it.
ex 5 is permissions problem.

A permissions problem in what respects? Like someone has the wrong password plugged in somewhere?
Yes,like that, or the offending process hasn't the rights/permissions to access a referenced resource.
I see. What are some steps I can take to find where the offense is taking place?
The fault is occurring in emr.exe

If that's not yours, you'll have to go back to the vendor.
Let us look at this one from today:

Maybe this would be more helpful.
I am having a similar problem with Allscripts.  Their recommendation: defrag the hard drive.

Yeah.  I'm not kidding.
IT-Jesse: Where did you find that error log?  Maybe if AS knows its more than one person, we can get some attention from the vendor.
Hi, mack, sorry for the delay in response. The first part of the previous post was from Server 2008's event viewer. The second part is from the Pro EHR's Admin Module, in System Administration > Error Log. We had a AS tech run a tool on the SQL database which reduced 80% of these errors, but we still have a major bug infestation. The Pro EHR, in my opinion, feels like it is still in beta.
