You need an enhanced services image.

From Cisco: http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps5718/ps5528/prod_qas09186a00801f3d71.html

The Cisco Catalyst 3560 Series can be purchased with the IP Base or IP Services licenses pre-installed. The IP Base license (formerly called the Standard Multilayer Image, or SMI) offers advanced QoS, rate limiting, ACLs, and basic static and Routing Information Protocol (RIP) routing functions. The IP Services license (formerly called the Enhanced Multilayer Image, or EMI) provides a richer set of enterprise-class features, including advanced hardware-based IP unicast and IP Multicast routing as well as policy-based routing (PBR). Upgrade licenses are available to upgrade a switch from the IP Base license to the IP Services license.

Next drop-down box below the "Release" box is where you select the "Feature Set/License".

You didn't select this so you're seeing the features for ALL feature sets.

"show version" will display the current IOS image. But we already know it's "C3560-IPBASEK9-M" which is why you can't run BGP.

does it allow me to use bgp ?

Yes

What's the question???
Commented:
From your show version output, C3560-IPBASEK9-M

On a 3560,  the IP BASE image does not have BGP support.

You need an Advanced IP Services (EMI) licensed image.
such as

c3560-advipservicesk9-mz-122***

If you have a service contract,  it should be a simple license upgrade purchase from Cisco to get you the ability to download the advanced image,   which should come with installation instructions  and information about pre-requisites such as  DRAM and flash storage requirements.

Is this require serial key or sth. else after installation or is this a std. dist. after buying software because i have confused about that i found 1000+ copy on the internet and any of file sharing sites did not block the distrubitation of file :

Then it's an illegal copy. The only legitimate way to obtain the file is to download it from cisco.com or an authorized reseller.

I've downloaded from cisco's web site wiithout paying anything too.

Do you have a Cisco SmartNet maintenance contract on the switch?

Author

Commented:
how should i know if i have ?
I think no
Don JohnstonInstructor

Commented:
You would know if you did. You would have registered the switch with Cisco and paid for the maintenance agreement. You would have then received login credentials to cisco.com which would allow you to access the download area of the site.

How did you login to cisco.com?

Author

Commented:
just register from the registeration page

Author

Commented:
had ben completed with cisco's downloaded firmware.
