Hello,
I created a youtube account to test my Close Captions. All was going great until I decided to turn off the Close Caption (thinking that I could turn it back on). Now I cannot turn it on. I have looked at all of the settings and can't find how to turn it back on.

Proots, exactly, clicking on the caption does not turn on or off the caption "after I tuned it off the first time." I have deleted the video and uploaded a new one, and still that did not correct the problem.
I have searched the youtube help questions and did not see any help in regrades to my problem.

It is working now. I don't know what exactly fixed it. I now know not to turn it off!
I will issue the points later. I will leave it open just in case I have other questions.

I give up with youtube. The app I am testing is better, all I have to is to verify that my files are correct. As far as I can tell, they are correct but they do not display on the video.

Thank you for responding. I found youTube's caption difficult to use. The app that I am testing is much better, and I found my problem. It was that the time setting syntax was wrong. I did not expect for that to change, so I was not spotting/seeing it.
