BOOTMGR Missing on Windows Small Business Server 2011?

I'm pretty sure that our server was accidentally shut down or unplugged and when I went to turn it back on, it says "BOOTMGR Missing Press control + alt + delete to restart" then just repeats the process over and over.  For some reason, the cd drive will not open/eject either so I am planning to attach a USB cd drive and use the Windows SBS 2011 cd to repair this as others have said.  I really hope I do not have to reinstall the server all over again and restore the backup and do all of that because it would be a nightmare.  Is there any easy way to fix this?  Also, if I need to put the Windows disk in, do I use the "installation disk" or "repair disk" or what?  Thanks so much!

Use installation Disk and perform Startup Repair. It will automatically detect existing Windows installation and repair it.

Or, you can manually build BCD store using BootRec.exe
