Two questions about sharing calendars on a Small Business server 2003 network:
1.  How to share a department calendar which is able to be opened on site, and also through OWA.
2.  How can users share calendars for use in OWA.  For example, user 3, who uses only OWA, needs to be able to see the calendars of user1 and user2.

Make sure whoever is view, editing, reviewing, etc....has permissions to do so.
