Dell Optiplex GX620 Motherboard needed.

I always seem to have a hard time finding Dell replacement parts.

I am looking for a good site for Dell parts.

Anyone know of a link.  Have not found one yet with google.

While I don't have a good source for parts other than ebay and dell, I've found that most of the Dell, and HP replacement mother boards are very over priced, typically $200+.  It's usually cheaper to buy a new ATX board and case and move the working parts into it.

There are quite a number of them and different versions on eBay.  Watch for bad cap syndrome, some GX620's have apparently had that problem.

I consider the time I would spend replacing a motherboard, the cost of the board, and the cost of s new machine plus the performance/productivity gained from a new machine and I just don't see the point.

Yes, I am looking at cost and suggesting they upgrade to a new computer.  At least that is what I would do.
