Are you asking how you should take the OLAP database schema on the Development environment and deploy it to Staging?

One possibility is this: use SSMS to connect to your SSAS instance, locate your database, right-click and select Script Database As > ALTER To > New query editor window.  When that action completes, you'll have an XMLA script to deploy your changes.
(note that this will take a while with larger OLAP DBs)

Another option, giving you more control over what the XMLA script will do, is using the Analysis Services Deployment Wizard.
