Can the Cisco CCNA test be taken first before taking other Cisco tests?

Or do I need to first pass the other tests such as the Cisco CCENT before I can take and pass the Cisco CCNA?

You can take any test whenever you want. There are no prerequisites for taking tests.  Although, if you're taking the CCNA exam, there's no need to take the CCENT exam at all. That would only be needed if you're taking the two exams (CCENT and ICND2) separately.
