Know F5 has EDGE Gateway or their Big_IP device provide synchronise their config with all device within their same device service cluster (established through trust chain). It can be tirgger on demand upon changes. Part of their ScaleN. technology pitch. As whether it does the web filter, they have web application visibility and policy enforcement in EDGE gateway. But may not go granular compared to bluecoat. I am thinking Akamai as another candidate. Not sure for cisco though.
