VB.NET Send all client data using Servers IP Address

Hi there, I was just wondering if it is possible to make a client + server application that would allow the client application send data via servers ip address.

Basically client's application would only have a webbrowser in it, but all the data would need to be sent over the servers IP address.

Or maybe there is another solution to make sure that all data is sent using the server's IP.
Maybe I can someone share a webbrowser in server application so that clients can use it.

Thank you for help

Basically there is a server that I have account on. It is a simple browser thing, but I can't use proxy for it, since it has some javascript functions that doesn't work via proxy.

I want to share my account with friends but all the data has to come from my IP...

An application running on server hosting a webbrowser and acting as a proxy.
