remote desktop printing problems

Mobile user can print while at remote office but not from home.  At the remote office the printer auto install as a session on the server.  When at home the default printer there does not automatically install as a remote session.  Do I need to add the drivers for the home computer to the server?

Yes for each user you will have to install the drivers for their particual printer on the server.
