Windows clients cannot join to the AD

I setup before two weeks ago domain controller and I joined three computers to the domain and also Created three user accounts and every things was fine after the trial period I tried today  to join office computers to the AD but I encountered those errors.

1. I joined  first PC  to the domain but it refused to accept user /password account and this is the error "your computer could not be joined to the domain because the following error has occured: Access is denied". I removed computer name in the computer list in the AD but nothing was changed and finally it refused to join to the domain and this is the error that appears "your computer could not be joined to the domain because the following error has occured: Access is denied"
My AD was fine even yesterday  so please help me to sort out this.

the account that I am using to join the computers to the domain is \\Domainname\administrator.
Martin81

Is the \\ a typo or is that how you're typing the username in?

ASKER

I can ping the AD/dns ip from the clients that are using different subnet but in the server side I can't ping the clients ip despite  I turned off clients firewall and antivirus so may be my dns isn't configured correctly  and I am unfamiliar with windows OS platforms
