Connect IPHONE to Exchange sbs 2003

Hello
I am trying to connect one of my coustemer with an IPHONE to exchange mailbox but it's keep telling that it can't verify user

What can be the reasons for that?

Please have a read of my article about Exchange 2003 and Activesync, check your IIS settings, run the test on the test site and report back any issues that you can't fix with my article or any questions that you might have.
