I have merged the following three websites content into one website.

www.practicelifeintheuktest.co.uk
www.lifeintheuktest.co
www.lifeintheuktestfreehandbook.co.uk

Some of the content was similar in these websites, may be that was the reason I struggled to get a good ranking in google. Now I want to delete the two domains www.practicelifeintheuktest.co.uk and www.lifeintheuktestfreehandbook.co.uk and want to transfer the content of the these into www.lifeintheuktest.co. How shall I remove the pages from the google index? shall I remove all the pages from the google index of the domains which i m  going to delete and then transfer the pages and try to crawl the third dmain or what shall be the best procedure to handle this transfer?

Hello

You should redirect the pages at two domains, you want to discontinue, to the respective pages at third domain which is going to be there. This way, pages indexed for two domains will remain but start pointing to the new domain.

thanks for the comment.

I have not used the redirects before on the domains. How could you ideally redirect pages between domains?
