Is there an ipad app that allows me to use the ipad as a mouse and / or a keyboard to control my windows 7 home cinema PC?

I don't mean VNC or RDP etc,  I need something that would run on the ipad and directly act as a mouse instead. Many thanks.

You're not going to find anything I don't think that will run without having a piece of software running on your PC as well.

Here are some good ones.

TeamViewer - http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/teamviewer-hd-for-remote-control/id379424610?mt=8

And Splashtop Inc makes a lot of good software to do various things through your iOs device.
Here is one.   - http://www.splashtop.com/remote/touchpad
