Sorry, there are no solution to your problem as the Latha font is different in Windows XP (or Windows Server 2003) and Windows 7. Replacing the Latha font from older Windows to Windows 7 wont work.

In short, you need to manually edit the format of all of your templates under the new OS.

Hi jackieman ,  is this  a defintie ?

I have been doing some testing and  it seems that  latha in 2003  looks more like arial in win 7  ,  could this be possible  ?

Could it be possible that they were never using latha on 2003  terminal server after all ?

i tested latha font via http://www.fonts.com/findfonts/detail.htm?productid=881018

thanks

There is font problem in template across different OS with different Office version.

After all, there is no solution and you need edit the templates manually if you want to use Office 2010.
