Hello All,

Simple question, I have used Putty for a long time but it doesn't provide a "search" option within the configurations that I check. (Or at least that I am aware of)
What other windows terminal software can you recommend that provides the searching feature for really long configurations.

Looking for a simple "search" within the terminal .

Thanks

so, are you displaying the files using the cat command and trying to use the search functionality ?

why cant you use grep command over the file ?

i use ssh tectia client, which has the search functionality ( for the terminal display words )
