What version of certification are we at?
What do you have to do to get which ITIL certification?
Are there any free learning materials out there?
How long should it take someone in the industry to get certified?
What else should I be asking?

Thanks

version 3.0 is the latest.
The first certification is Foundation.
Usually a three day course, ends in the Examination.
So three days, plus some reading in the evenings, will get you a Foundation.

books are available, but its best to complete a course, because you get access to practice exams.

all info is here
