asked on Analog trunk card trouble
Hi,
I have an IP office 500 V2 7.0 and I installed an trunk daugther Card Analog 4 Universal 700417405 in the slot 2 of the Control Unit over an Analog Extension Card Phone 8 700417231 but the 9 led of this slot is on red and the Manager software it appears as "PHONE8/Unknown".
Somebody can help me to troubleshooting this?

The number of channels exceed your license according to the error in the lower right.

But the licenses exceeded are of the E1 PRI channel, when the licenses are exceeded don´t alarm the card (led 9).
The problem is with the trunk daugther Card Analog 4 Universal 700417405 in the slot 2 of the Control Unit over an Analog Extension Card Phone 8.

To resolve this problem it is necesary update de Operating System to 7.0 or 8.0 release
The alarm is cleared and I can to configure de analog trunk ports
