Any low cost / free software deployment tools suggest ,
patches/ pack /applicaitons ...etc reliable ?

via SCCM deployment I am sure you can deploy all you listed above, but it is an enterprise solution

e.g. deploy winows xp, vista, windows 7 , office , office pack , language pack of
windows / office , adobde reader, illustartor, pshotoshop , adobe reader/illustartor  pack , or autocad , patches ..etc

Manage Engine is a Low Budget application used to manage all Desktop Level Problem and application deployment.  It acts as SCCM also.

Please tell me you need a freeware are a minimum payable application to deploy Software's\OS ...etc....

Free Installer tool= GPO using msi and .zap file
It can uninstall as well
