Create a master task list on WSS 3.0

Is it possible to create a master task list that will consolidate different task list in in the same portal area "List", supposing that each list has the same structure ?

You would have to use workflows to copy items from one list into your master list.  You'll need a workflow that copies the item on create, update, delete etc.  You would also need to do this the other way if you plan on changing it in the masterlist and syncronising changes.
