Exchange 2010 - Copy Every Email To Mailbox

We have just migrated to exchange 2010 from exchange 2003.

It was setup that every email sent to and from the company gets copied into a email folder called Email2DB - this then processes the emails to .EML files on the server.

How can I setup a similiar thing in exchange 2010?

Also, good to note that i didnt tick to assign a particular recipient - that way it goes through all emails.
