Edgesight 5.4/IIS default website

hello experts,

i've installed Edgesight 5.4 on w2k8 r2 sp1 box and moved edgesight from default web site to custom as per following article: http://theether.net/kb/100195.
when i try to launch edgesight (http://locahost:8080/edgesight/setup) i'm getting access denied, see attachment.

any help or suggestions appreciated.
