Sharing Outlook/Exchange Mailbox

A customer is running Exchange 2010 with Outlook 2010 and he wants full access to the receptionist's mailbox.  I am aware of how to share a folder such as the inbox but he wants to see all folders.  I assume there is an easier way than doing each folder one by one.

Use the EMC to grant access and then you can connect the receptionist mailbox to his profile using control panel / mail:
