I have 1 Exchange 2010 Enterprise Server (on W2K8 R2 Enterprise) in our single domain with 2 sites. I ned to install another one in our DR site which will use DAG withthe current Exchaneg Server. Are there any specific steps that I need to know before I install this Exchange Server? Do I just install it like the current Exchaneg Server which Iinstaled? The current one only has the 3 basic roles (mailbox, CAS, hub transport). Any helpful ideas or documents? Thanks.

How is your Active Directory set up? Do you have 1 AD site or 2? If you have two Active Directory Sites, the second server will need to have all the roles as  well.

We have 2 sites. So I'll install the same 3 roles as the current? Nothing else I need to know especially about DAG?

I would go through this Technet Article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd979799.aspx#DAGforSiteResilience

It gives some very good information and advice on how to handle DAGs. Pay particular attention to the Using a Database Availability Group for Site Resilience section.
