Cancel Outlook calendar replies

We have an AA who sent out a meeting invite for her manager.  Now he is getting inidated with the meeting responses.  Is there a way to cancel that?

Will need to check two things

Have her look in her Delegate settings
Does she have her manager added as a delegate?

If they are check her delegate settings
Look under

Deliver Meeting requests addressed to me and responses to meeting requests where I am the organizer

- My Delegate Only, but send a copy of meeting requests and responses to me
-  My Delegates Only
- My Delegates and Me

If you dont want to receive any meeting related messages check My Delegates Only

However, this is applied to eveyone.

If her Manager is listed as a delegate here, its likely they are not required as its usually the other way around (i.e. Manager has AA as Delegate)

If this is the case just remove the Manager from her delegate list

The second thing you need to check is the Managers Delegate settings
You should find the AA listed as a delegate
Open the delegate permissions for the AA
Under Calendar you will see an option

- Delegate Receive Copies of meeting related messages sent to me

Once you have checked and applied the above. AA should no longer get the meeting resoponses
