Outlook 2010 reading pane not refreshing

For some users, the reading pane in Outlook 2010 does not refresh the screen after deleting a file.  I see that this is a known bug - is there a fix released yet?

Check that Office 2010 SP1 is installed

There were some updates to Views

You could also check to see if Cached Exchange Mode is On
Its under account Settings
Under Exchange Server Name
If there is a Check for it, remove it and try again
