Live@edu powershell distribution group commands

What is the syntax to add members to a Live@edu distribution group from a csv file. I tried the command below:

 Import-csv "c:\stemtest.csv" |foreach{Add-DistributionGroupMember -Identity "Test" -Member $_.alias}

csv file looks like this:

My guess is that since you use $_.alias to identify the user from stemtest.csv you need the users alias in that csv file. You could try to change $_.alias to $_.SN or $_.givenname
