Issue with recreated Mailbox

I had an issue where one of our users had mailbox we couldn't move due to errors.
I sent his mail to a pst file via exchange 2010 Management Shell
I then disabled his mailbox, then created a new one and attached it to his AD account.
Everything works okay but if people within the domain are using autocomplete to send him and email it bounces back with this message

Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

Dave Meleg
The e-mail address you entered couldn't be found. Check the address and try resending the message. If the problem continues, please contact your helpdesk.

I followed a few articles that said adding a custom x500 address would resolve the issue.  this is what I have for his x500 custom address but still it doesn't work.

/O=Aalberstool.local/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=dave
and also tried this

/O=Aalberstool.local/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP/CN=RECIPIENTS/CN=dave@aalberstool.com

It will never work if you don't clean up the autocomplete or the nk2 list.instruct your users to delete his email address when it shows up if they are using outlook 2010, if it's outlook 2003 you will need to remove his address with an nk2 editor or instruct tu use his address from the GAL for few times until the correct address is in it.
What's happening is that users had his old address in their autocomplete which is now not the same because you recreated the mailbox

Well, we have deleted the first nk2 entry.
That will work, but his new email alias in autocomplete is dave3dg  instead of just dave...
I am trying to avoid going to 70 outlook clients and deleting the entry...

well, the other way around is to instruct to use the GAL direcly.
