I have a file that was created using Database Model diagram template in Visio, Is it possible to convert this file to UML Model Diagram? if so how

Most things I have found say to manually recreate the drawing in EclipseUML2 using the UML Editor because of interoperability issues. I did however find a forum that led to this tool:

*I have not personally used this tool so I cannot confirm it's legitimacy.*
