I'm using Adobe Acrobat X as a standalone, but now I've got the Adobe Web Suite I will be installing, which includeds Acrobat X.

I want to give up my current serial / license for another coworker since I'll have a new one anyway.

Can I do this without having to uninstall Acrobat X on my computer?

yes you can. You need to be connected to the internet, open Acrobat, click help, Deactivate, Deactivate Permanently. This will allow you to install it on another computer.
