Hey there, We have a server 2008 R2 Enterprise  server running virtual machines.  We are installing SBS 2011 into one of the virtual machines and need to use an answer file from a USB stick.

How do we get the installation to see the answer file on the USB stick?

Thank you

I understand that, how about 'how do you read an answer file for a SBS2011 installation in a virtual environment'...I'll award points for my not phrasing what I wanted to say properly.

We have always used a network installation.

We create a windows network share, with all the files, we boot the VM with basic network client, on the network share includes the installtion files and answer file.
