Splitting a .pdf file by certain text value into multiple (2) different .pdf files

Hello,

Our company downloads packing slips for our customers from Commerce Hub. Once we download the file we need to split it into two pdf files. One for each of our warehouses. The problem that I am having is, certain item numbers ship from one warehouse and others ship from the 2nd warehouse. I was wondering if could create some type of item number list (table?) that would direct the pages with those items to get outputted to one file and a 2nd item list that would direct the other pages to go to the 2nd output file. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
