sql2005, how can I restore our reportserver db ?

we have problem with our ssrs reportserverdb and thinking restoration of previous report might be help us , anyone know the step how to perform the restore for reportserver db thus having the same contain, or pure restore will works ?

Or do I need to create new reportserverdb vis SSRS config mgmt tool, then I heard using rs utility can do to extract data from old report db then deploy to this newly create, if yes anyone can provide the steps?
