I have resolved this.  The windows search function did not return the same results as the command line findstr command did.  When I searched all the *.sys files in the %systemroot%\system32\drivers it found the LSDR in a eps.sys which is a driver used by patchlink.  Uninstalled patchlink and reinstalled correct version and fixed memory leak issue.
