Running outlook 2003 on the following system
HP Pavilion Laptop
outlook 2003.

The account is a pop3.

All of a sudden my emails keep downloading when I restart outlook.  I have as many as 4 copies of the same email over and over.  Keeps downloading like 300MB of mail.

Any thoughts on what I should try first?
