We have a user who is having a problem with Outlook calendars. She is in and out of her calendars all day long. She will go in to a calendar and then Outlook will crash. This happens when she goes in to emails that also have calendar attributes as well. We have replaced the laptop and uninstalled Outlook both work for a time and then it will come  back.  We have another user who had the same permissions as she does to conference rooms, with no problems. Permissions for Conference rooms is done through AD.  She also has access by delegate to VP calendars.  The log files just say that the program crashed.  When we replaced her laptop we did not put any files other then Archive files back on the computer for her.

Check her rules (MDBVU32) and also try exporting her calendar content out to a PST (copy, not move). This may show a corrupt calendar entry or two.

Check the Exchange server event log - this will often report issues such as recurring appointments that go too far back (more than two years) or with too many variations.
Recurring appointments can only support a cetain amount of "changed" content.
(it is expected that each appointment is mostly identical apart from date)
