According to their website it does... Are there specific items that you are questioning, we might be able to provide a more detailed answer. I would highly recommend using MetaLogix if you have access to the servers (there is a component that can be optionally installed that greatly improves the speed of the migration process)

We have an internet site that has about 60,000 users and so I'm sure there is a lot of content (I'm new). It's wss 3.0 and will be upgraded to SharePoint 2010. Just looking for ideas to migrate the content.

Well the easiest method is to look into the Upgrade methods built into SharePoint. An upgrade from 2007 to 2010 can be done fairly simply by using some of the built in methods. However, if these don't fit into your envrionment, then I would look into a 3rd party tool to perform the migration.
