So first of all what version of call manager are you running.  Are you running the attendant console that came in version 6 and earlier or are you running the attendant console they have purchased from arc solutions - unified attendant console

I recently updated my ccm box to version 8.0 before that I was running 7.0 and the Cisco attendant use to work

Hmm.. so I was under the impression that 7 let you grandfather the old attendant in, but I didn't think it would work with 8.  It does not come with 8 as far as I know.  I'll have to check on it tomorrow.

ok so here is the deal..Attendant Console was built into cucm v 6 and prior.  When they went to 7 - if you upgraded they maintained the AC but removed the download link.  In version 8 - they removed the download link and the web ac service.  The Attendant Console is not supported on version 8.  You will need to purchase a different attendant console.  Cisco has 3 variations depending on sizing now called Cisco Unified Enterprise/Business/something else Attendant Console.

Then there are some 3rd party Attendant Consoles available as well but I have no experience on those.

This also means you need another server to run the attendant console service on.
