Cisco call Manager attendant
Hello all,
im trying to install the Cisco call manager atendant on a pc but just dont know how to go about getting the plug ins for this to work can some one pleae tell me how to do this or provide some docs that will show me the process .....

So first of all what version of call manager are you running. Are you running the attendant console that came in version 6 and earlier or are you running the attendant console they have purchased from arc solutions - unified attendant console

I recently updated my ccm box to version 8.0 before that I was running 7.0 and the Cisco attendant use to work
Hmm.. so I was under the impression that 7 let you grandfather the old attendant in, but I didn't think it would work with 8. It does not come with 8 as far as I know. I'll have to check on it tomorrow.

where you able to find if ti works with Version 8 ?
