Silverlight Grid Row Color Change

What is the best way to change a color of Grid dynamically based on value in one of the cell? I have tried LoadingRow event but it didnot work for me.

you can bind the back ground using a style ? which data grid are u using ? if you are using the inbuilt data grid you may want to take a look at this

although the tutorial is in wpf, it's pretty much similar in silverlight
