I don't think it's possible yet, as straight upgrade didn't work for me.

I assume you use Sharepoint 2010 with TFS 2010, so when you upgrade, keep in mind that you'll have an issue with reporting services, because it needs to be installed in native mode.

Where I failed was the attaching of databases after removing older RS and AS.
