Offline Files option missing for mapped drive

Hi Guys

I am running windows 7 enterprise and im trying to configure offline files.  Offline files are enabled but the right click option to say "always available offline" is missing.

This is a brand new user with no sync partner ships.

I found the problem it was disabled on the server for those mappings.
