What version of Excel?

In 2007:

1) Office button > Excel Options > Add-Ins
2) Choose "Excel Add-Ins" from the "Manage" drop down at the bottom, click Go
3) Click "Browse" to get to your Add-ins folder
4) Copy the xla file you want to a folder accessible from the other computer

5) On your other computer, repeat steps 1-3
6) Locate the file and double-click to install on the local machine

Cheers,

McOz
