Gmail - default font?

My wife has 12% vision.

When I use Gmail I always have to manually set the font to Huge, Tahoma, Blue to optimize it for vision limitations.

There's got to be a way to set a default font?  I haven't been able to google a solution but I've found solutions to other missing features using custom scripts, like setting a default Bcc address.  But I haven't found a solution to this.

Any suggestions?  And why isn't there a topic for web mail issues?  There are a ton of web mail systems, not to mention the gmail behemoth.

you can set default font by browser also , In Mozilla firefox you can set it by go to Tools --> options -> content --> you will "font & color"  default is 16 you can chnage it to any. And you can also increase font by holding CTRL and + sign and to Decrease again CTRL and - sign.

That's a possibility but it would be better if I could change it on the Gmail side to that it's machine independent for her.
